细胞分选产品
利用细胞表面共享标记或免疫表型标记是细胞分选方法的基础，也使得细胞培养技术得到了延申的实践。基于抗体捕获表面标记抗原，可以从外周血、脐带血、正常组织和肿瘤中分离出目的细胞亚群。分离的细胞可用于研究这类“纯化”的细胞功能、验证候选药物的体外治疗效果、或作为细胞治疗的辅料或原料（符合cGMP时）。
利用iPhaseSepTM磁珠偶联具有特异性的抗体复合物，获得T细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)、B细胞(CD19+、CD20+、CD138+)、NK细胞(CD56+)和其他免疫细胞亚群。使用释放缓冲液，将磁珠标记的细胞从磁珠中释放出来，细胞损伤最小，可以直接用于下游应用，如细胞培养、流式细胞术和基于细胞的活性测定。分离的原代细胞也可以冻存于iPhaseCyroTM冷冻液中，长期储存于液氮中备用。
